Health and AI notice

Document version 2026-10-14.2

The map, intersections inspired by ikigai, daily practices and digital conversation are educational tools for self-reflection. They are not a medical consultation, diagnosis, validated clinical assessment, therapy, treatment or prescription. The program does not establish biomarkers, immune status or disease risk from your answers.

Psychoneuroimmunology informs the thematic context; it does not turn a personal reflection into an individualized clinical plan. No result or improvement is guaranteed. Terms such as wellbeing, connection and balance describe reflection goals rather than clinically proven outcomes for you.

Daniela and the other companions are fictional digital identities. Their appearance and tone do not confer a professional license or clinical authority. Prepared guidance and AI-generated responses are distinguished in the interface; neither is reviewed by a professional in real time.

AI may misunderstand your words, infer connections that do not fit or give inaccurate information. Treat its interpretation as a possibility to review, not a fact about your identity, health or future. You can edit what represents you and leave unknowns unanswered.

Enabling AI sends bounded input and context to OpenAI through Caremi’s backend. You decide whether to enable it and may stop future requests. Retention at the provider is independent of local visit memory; store:false is not a promise of zero retention. Permission to use AI does not also authorize cloud saving or marketing.

Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, diagnoses, mental-health concerns, exercise restrictions, diet changes, pregnancy, medication or other health decisions. Do not change prescribed treatment or delay seeking care because of a map or conversation.

Activities are optional. Choose a comfortable level, adapt or skip a practice, and stop if it causes pain, dizziness, significant distress or other concerning symptoms. Caremi is not a substitute for professional assessment of what is appropriate for your circumstances.

Caremi is not continuously monitored and cannot guarantee detection of danger, a timely reply, a human intervention or contact with emergency responders. Do not use it as a crisis or emergency service.

If there is immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For suicidal thoughts or an emotional crisis, call or text 988. Outside the United States, contact local emergency/crisis services. A trusted person nearby may also help you access support.

Your PDF is a snapshot of the information and interpretation available when it is created. Caremi’s backend receives the current map and its prepared presentation text and composes the PDF in memory, without a new OpenAI request, cloud-profile save or digital-coach credit charge. It can become outdated when you change your answers. Store and share it carefully because it includes personal reflections.

The report does not certify a clinical result or prove that you accepted a policy. Consult the Terms and Privacy policy for service limits, processing choices and your rights. No notice here removes duties or rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
